March storm was one for the books

Newspapers and other media outlets typically use the final week of a calendar year to review the news highlights of the previous 12 months.

I’ll leave most of the 2018 events to the other news outlets, but the storms of the late winter still stand out in my memory, particularly the meteorological monster of March 4, 2018.

I managed to get out to Nauset Light Beach and Coast Guard Beach during high tide that day, and was nearly swept away with a few other storm watchers.

Here’s two of my posts from that event (March 9 and March 10), and The Provincetown Banner’s look back at the weather as well.
